5. Resistance Retribution – A great must have PSP game that is based off of the Resistance series.

4.Metal Gear Solid 4 – A beautiful game.  Made with the amazing complex storyline of the MGS series.

3. Fallout 3 – The best of the best of the best Sir!  That is how I would describe this RPG.

2. Ratchet Deadlock – Though it’s an old PS2 game, and over-looked.  It scores as a favorite.  This was the game that I couldn’t stay away from, and almost beat it every month.

1. Metal Gear – the First one to hit stores from the PS.  This scores my top game of all time because it’s what itnroduced me to a soon to be my favorite series, and game.

First off.  Externally the PS3 is similar to its previous models, but also nothing shocking.  The old PS3 was obviously larger.  The older PS3 also had a Piano Black finish, as the new one has a Matte Black, which is a more rough texture.  One thing that I noticed in my first 5 minutes of hold it was that it doesn’t smudge.  There are some things the new PS3 does not have that was featured in the previous models.  For example the hard shut off switch in the back is not featured in the Slim.  This PS3 only has 2 USB ports which isn’t a big deal to me and several other gamers.  Another noticable difference is the buttons in the from, and mainly the whole front.  There is no compartment to put in SD cards, or any other memory/picture stick.  The finger sensitive eject and power buttons are also gone.

You now have to press down on buttons.  That is basically the run down externally.

Internally the PS3 is a whole new type of monster holding 120GB of space, and with the price cut it’s barely passable.  The only main difference that is across my attention is the backwards compatibility.  It isn’t there any more.  You can not play PS2 or PS games on the Slim system.  Other than that nothing to be shocked over.

Why get it?  I will tell you why.  The PS3 was first known for the high price, and people always commented on why not get a XBox or a Wii for the cheaper price.  But now people sound stupid mentioning that, for a PS3 system, built in Blue-ray, DVD, and music/video player, the PS3 can not be passed up by this price.  Yes the XBox Elite got a price cut too, but big whoop, now that they are the same price might as well get the better sytem…PS3

Hope this helped I would give this System a 10/1o, compared to the old PS3 (I also own) there isn’t any shocking difference, all the Pros out rule the Cons.

Assassin’s Creed 2 got lots of hype at this years E3 show.  It will be released for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.  Being released November 17, 2009 as an adventure/third-person action game.

First thoughts:  Well, I have to be straight forward.  I am not a fan of the first game.  I noticed that in a lot of sources of reading, there are many changes to this upcoming title.  New weapons, gadgets, fighting styles, and areas.  The first game seemed a bit repetitive with all of that.

Things to expect:  First thing I noticed was the new main character.  The new characters’ name is Ezio Auditore di Firenze.  You will still be Desmond, but the memories will be Ezio’s.  Ezio was actually not a normal assassin, but events of his life brought him to it.  No doubt it has been said, this game will be taking place in Italy.  Most areas based on real places.  If the graphics are good and the areas are realistic, the game can pull off the look.

More tactics have also been added to the game.  For example:  No more dieing when you hit water.  This game will encourage you to use water to sneak up on your enemies.  The other tactic revealed is disarming.  Like I said earlier, more weapons are added.  Maces, pikes, long swords, short swoards, and hammers are to be expected to be handled by Ezio.

I got to say.  This game was surprisingly good.  The storyline is much better if you have played the previous Killzone title, which I have not.  This game is a FPS (First Person Shooter).  And is rated M for Mature.  Anyways, on with the review.

Storyline:  The storyline of the game was a little clouded for me, since I haven’t played the previous Killzone.  I do know that you play as a different character than the first game.  You play as Sven, an ISA soldier.  The storyline of the game it self is not complicated.  But when you go back to the Helghast (enemy) group, and you haven’t played the first Killzone, you will be lost.  But don’t worry the game is still very enjoyable.

Controls:  Before I picked this game up I noticed that the reviews suggested the game had complicated and un-comfortable controls.  I disagree.  The controls are similar to other games, but the aim.  To aim in the sights of your gun, you want to click R3 and you don’t need to hold it.  Other than that, the controls are similar to other FPS games on the market.

Online:  This game does have an online function, and a good one.  There are different modes and a rank-up system.  Playing the online will unlock guns, classes, perks, and more.  Each class has a good reason to be made and if you have one of each class in a game you have a high chance to succeed.

Overall:  I like this game and would give it a 10/10.  Graphics are great, and better with a HD.  If you are like me and want a storyline game, this may not be for you.  Luckily I like online and storyline, so if there was no online I would probably give this game 8/10, but the online saved it.
